What is Gibsonlook’s Return and Exchange Policy?

All returns must be requested within 30 days of ship date, after which the items must be sent back within 14 days. Gibsonlook accepts merchandise that is not worn, altered or washed and we kindly ask that it is returned with the packing slip.
 
Final Sale product is not eligible for returns.
 
Please note: For U.S. returns, there will be a $7.95 shipping and handling fee deducted from the refund. Exchanges are free of charge. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We offer E-Gift Cards starting from $25. They do not expire and will be sent via email. You may follow the link below to view or purchase.

Gibsonlook E-Gift Cards do not expire and have no fees and are only redeemable online.

How do I process a return or exchange?

1. Start your return by clicking here returns.gibsonlook.com

2. Input your order number & the email address used for your purchase or your shipping zip code.

3. Add the items you want to return by clicking on the product. Eligible items will show as white and ineligible items will be greyed out.

4. Choose from an exchange, refund, or store credit. Simply follow each of the next steps as prompted to complete the returns process. A $7.95 shipping and handling charge will be applied and deducted from your refund amount. Exchanges and refunds for store credit are free of charge.

5. Print the shipping label provided. Place original packing slip inside the box and the shipping label on the outside of the box.

6. Return your item(s) along with the packing slip.

7. Once the return is received, we will refund the balance to your original payment method within 48-72hrs. You will be notified once this is complete via email.

Can I process a return if an order was gifted to me?

Can I return a final sale item if it was supposed to be a gift?

We don’t accept returns for final sale items, if needed reach to support@gibsonlook.com for other accomodation options.

Shipping is free (U.S. only). We ship via USPS mail.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We typically ship within 3-5 business days via USPS mail (1-3 business days delivery time).
We will do our best to communicate delays beyond 7 days. If you are experiencing delays beyond 10 days of order please email us at support@gibsonlook.com

Do you expedite shipping?

No. We cannot guarantee a delivery date at this time and ship only via USPS mail (1-3 business days delivery time).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International customers are responsible for shipping and return costs.

How do I apply a discount code?

Enter the code in the discount code field in the payment section during the Checkout process. Discount codes are case sensitive.

I forgot to apply a discount code to my order

No problem! We’re happy to apply it for you, please contact us at support@gibsonlook.com with your order number and discount code.

What if my item goes on sale after I buy it?

We’re happy to apply any sales discounts to items purchased within 3 days of when the promotion started. Reach out to us at support@gibsonlook.com.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We are usually unable to change items or cancel an order after you've placed it however please reach out to us at support@gibsonlook.com and we’ll notify you as soon as possible if we’re able to make any changes.
